Scripture Sunday

For you did not receive a spirit that makes

you a slave again to fear,

but you received the Spirit of adoption

by whom we cry out "Abba, Father."

Romans 8:15

God wants to have a close and personal relationship with Him. He wants us to be intimate with Him!

When you pray, God wants us to forget all the formalities, and just call Him "Daddy".

This is for us so that we can remember that we are God's beloved children. And when we call out to "Daddy God" we will find ourselves in His strong, loving arms, delivering and protecting us.

God told me I can call Him "Daddy!" That means I am a daughter of the most High God and King! I'm a princess!

My sisters, take your place as God's daughter, call out to our Daddy God!

Scripture Sunday

And when the dew fell on the camp

in the night,

the manna fell on it.

Numbers 11:9

Night speaks of the darkest moments in our life. In our darkest moments God still supplies His "manna,"
His grace.

Lately, I have gone through some of those dark moments in my life. And I've worried that I would never see the light. But, this scripture came at a timely moment and reminded me that God supplies His "manna," His grace.

It reminded me that I need to stop worrying and trying to sort things out on my own. Instead, let God be God. His grace for me falls fresh every day. His mercies are new every morning and will see me through the darkest nights!

Scripture Sunday

Casting all your care upon Him,

for He cares for  you.

1Peter 5:7

If you have a worry or distraction...that is a care, give it to God. He wants to take all our cares. He wants us to be carefree, to enjoy life, not be burdened down by it.

Think of your care as a hot potato. When something comes against you, instead of holding onto it and letting it torment or worry you, throw it to God. He can handle it.

Our God is an awesome God. There is not any problem to big for Him. And He wants you to throw all your cares to Him.

Let's live carefree!
